If you use the enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, business email address, mobile number, company and category, contact preference and enquiry details you give us. We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if there's a fit, to scope a possible engagement. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

How we hold it

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and stored in our email and business records. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure. We keep enquiry records only as long as we have a business reason to, and delete them when we don't.

Confidential client information

Consulting engagements routinely involve commercially sensitive information — sales data, margins, supplier terms and product plans. That information is handled under the confidentiality terms of the relevant engagement, not under this website policy, and is never published or shared without the client's written agreement.
